We all long for a happy and healthy life, but sometimes, people and events get the best of us. Just know, that no matter where you are at on your path to fulfillment, there are always ways to to feel better.

“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” - Dalai Lama XIV

Tip # 1-Focus Your Thoughts

Being that we have 60,000-80,000 thoughts per day, it is imperative that we become aware of the state of our thoughts, because believe it or not, most of our thoughts are negative.

One important thing we can do to shift our energy, and our lives, is to be conscious of what we are thinking, and if it is a thought that doesn't make us feel good, PAUSE It, and shift it into a thought that feels better. You will know, because you will feel it in your being. #focusyourthoughts

Tip # 2 -Find Some Quality Alone Time

We all need some alone time. In this day in age of busy bodies and workaholics, time seems to creep up on us, and we soon realize, "I haven't had a moment to just be!" So tip # 2: find something you enjoy doing each day, that will enable you to find your center, some great ideas that I love are- yoga, meditation, listening to music, reading an inspirational book, or just taking a walk. Even if you only have a few minutes, this is a MUST Each day. #qualityalonetime

Tip # 3 -Master the Art of Appreciation

Gratitude has an energetic quality of something manifested. If you can cultivate the attitude of gratitude daily, you will start seeing a shift in your world. Start noticing each day, what you appreciate. What are you thankful for? Looking for the positive aspects in your daily life instead of noticing the negative, is a beautiful start to living The Bodhi Life.

May your day and life be blessed with the wishes that match your dreams. Namaste. #attitudeofgratitude
